Practical Lifetime Of The Product Does Not Mean The Garment Will Last Your Lifetime. Lifetime Of A Product Is Determined By The Amount And Type Of Use Plus Care Of The Garment. Limited Lifetime Warranty Is Limited To Outerwear (Jackets & Pants) From 2019 Until The Present. Please Contact Us For Previous Season Warranty Claim.
All Warranty Claims Must Be Accompanied By Original Owner’s Proof Of Purchase From Orage Or An Authorized Dealer.
If Your Orage Product Fails Due To A Manufacturing Or Workmanship Defect, Our First Option Will Be To Repair The Item, Free Of Charge. If The Product Is Not Repairable, Or If The Cost Of Repairing The Item Exceeds The Cost Of A New One, We Will Replace It.

Covered Under Our Warranty Program Are All Manufacturer Defects, Stitching, Closures, And Most Importantly, Seam Sealing Tape. So, Get Out There, Get After It, And Don’t Think Twice About Whether Or Not We’ve Got Your Back.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Damage Due To Misuse, Abuse, Accidents, Neglect, The Natural Breakdown Of Colors And Materials, As Well As Normal Wear And Tear That Can Be Reasonably Expected As A Result Of Extended Use Over Time, Are Not Covered By This Limited Lifetime Warranty And Will Be Repaired For A Reasonable Rate. We Don't Expect You To Walk On Eggshells And Ski On Your Living Room Carpet, But We Will Inspect Each Warranty Claim Before Simply Replacing Your 3-year-old Pants With A Million Edge Slashes On The Cuff Guard.

Labels Must Not Have Been Removed. Any Items Purchased On This Website Should Not Be Returned To A Retail Store. Once We Receive Your Return, We Will Refund The Returned Items On The Credit Card Used For The Original Transaction Within 14 Business Days And Send You An Email Confirmation.
